The grant and compliance agents read internal financial and grant records, so this area is limited to accounts with the staff or admin role. An administrator assigns roles in Netlify under Identity.

Ask a WASHME TV administrator to add the staff role to your account in Netlify Identity. Then sign out and sign back in so the new role takes effect.

Grant & Compliance Agent
Reads the compliance calendar, tracked performance data, budget and procurement entries, and the Policies, Financial Statements, Grant Packages and Templates folders. Every output is a draft for human review.
Choosing a grant and period gives the agent that grant's metrics and entries.

Reports, filings, audits, and registrations. Marking a recurring item done schedules the next one.

To see these deadlines in Google Calendar, set COMPLIANCE_ICS_TOKEN in Netlify and subscribe to (Google Calendar → Other calendars → From URL).
Performance Data
Outputs and outcomes the quarterly reports are drafted from: participants served, trainings held, businesses launched, jobs created, credit score changes.
Import from a spreadsheet (Google Forms or Sheets export)

Each entry is checked against 2 CFR 200 on save: procurement method and thresholds (200.320), equipment (200.1, 200.313), and selected cost principles (Subpart E).
Import from Zoho Books (CSV export)
Export transactions from Zoho Books, then paste CSV with the columns grant, kind, date, description, amount, vendor, cost_category, procurement_method, quotes. Missing columns are left blank.

First drafts saved from the agents. Move each through review and approval. Editing an approved draft sends it back to review.
Knowledge Library
The agents' source of truth is one Google Drive folder. New and changed files are read every hour. Every text-based format is supported: Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drawings, and Apps Script; PDFs; Word, PowerPoint, and Excel files; OpenDocument, RTF, and EPUB; and any plain text file such as TXT, Markdown, CSV, JSON, HTML, XML, YAML, or code. Scanned PDFs need OCR before their text can be searched.
